Job Title: Director of Nursing Peritoneal Dialysis
Location: Indianapolis IN 46240
Compensation: Up to $105000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Director of Nursing with a strong background in Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) to oversee and lead clinical operations at our Indianapolis facility. This leadership role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional dialysis care.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in dialysis leadership with specific expertise in Peritoneal Dialysis and the ability to inspire a clinical team while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily clinical operations with an emphasis on quality compliance and patient outcomes
Supervise clinical care teams and ensure adherence to best practices and clinical protocols
Interpret and implement organizational and healthcare policies and procedures
Foster a clean safe and efficient environment for patients and staff
Support continuous staff development and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana
Minimum of 18 months of dialysis experience with a strong preference for hemodialysis experience
Demonstrated expertise in Peritoneal Dialysis is required
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
At least one year of nursing experience
Prior experience in a dialysis management role is required
