What Youll Do:
- Build relationships and manage a territory of leads and clients
- Conduct in-home roof inspections and present solutions
- Close deals and ensure client satisfaction
- Use CRM tools to manage leads and track performance
- Collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and growth
Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:
- Proven background in outside sales or account management
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking
- Comfortable with cold calling and product demonstrations
- Knowledge of roofing or home improvement is a plus
- Willingness to commute to and work from Macedonia OH (Relocation required if not local)
