In this role you will be a highly visible and independent thought leader and operator playing a key role in scaling the Sales Strategy & Ops team. You will work on topics that range from transformational sales strategy to the nuts and bolts of sales operations. You will do this through a combination of analytical insight strong business acumen and robust cross-functional partnerships with leaders in Sales Marketing Finance HR etc. You will work closely with Sales Leadership to set sales strategy supporting them with ad hoc reporting analysis and insights along the way.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director GTM Strategy & Operations.
Responsibility
Lead quantitative projects end-to-end ensuring cross-team collaboration
Define and drive cross-functional strategic projects focused on improving our go-to-market (GTM) engine
Conduct research and analysis on revenue customer trends market dynamics and competitive landscape to support decision-making
Bring thought leadership and strategic thinking to projects ranging from go-to-market design to internal operations
Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes productivity drivers infrastructure and segment performance
Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences
Use analytics and data intuition to deliver insights on actions that influence net retention rates
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in data analytics and Sales
Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executives
Operate with a high degree of autonomy
Assist with ad hoc requests and projects from the sales organization
Conceive and deliver new and novel ways of achieving business results enhancing organizational and team performance results and productivity
Help business leaders meet their revenue market share and other targets and KPIs in the fastest most effective and efficient manner
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

California: $157500.00 - $254350.00 base salary
