About the Role
Were excited to add a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to our expanding Speech Department! This position is based in Suffolk County with a primarily home care caseload and opportunities to transition into one of our many outpatient clinics across Long Island.
Caseload includes: Aphasia Dysphagia Pediatrics Cognitive Disorders Voice AAC & more

- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York
- TSSLD
- Evaluates a patients need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Instructs family members Home Health Aides and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid AED & CPR Certifications (live course)
