Description

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd and 3rd line Support for the NAV and Business Central systems

Contribute to end-user training including development of system documentation and training materials

Work closely with the Business Central Support Manager a on projects and continuous improvement

Contribute in the data migration and data mapping for Business Central projects

Form part of project teams delivering key projects in line with the business strategy including support in training UAT and go live

Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and their teams in order to understand the needs of the individual functions and the organisation as a whole

Assist with the document and centralise training notes

Assist in defining and documenting testing of agreed changes

Primary contact for Key report queries



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

Dynamics NAV / Business Central knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013/2016 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) specifically Finance Management Fixed Assets Inventory Management and Purchasing modules.

Experience with supporting end-users with queries and issues

Written skills with the ability to produce coherent accurate and articulate documentation

Experience on NAV / Business Central implementations

Demonstrates high integrity

Ability to deliver results

Manages self remaining calm focused and optimistic

Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously within agreed timescales

Desirable:

Jet Report experience

Experiencing in support Business Central SaaS

Continia experience

Previous experience of working in a service industry

Previous Experience of Application Support

An understanding of the complexities associated with a large business environment
