The ERP program is a pillar of enabling exemplary corporate services functions which will provide a backbone of support for the entire Hospital. These services play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources to enable high quality care and ensuring Mackenzie Health complies with ever-changing regulations. Corporate services transformation is at the forefront of the organizations priorities to create a more agile responsive and efficient system.
Mackenzie Health is seeking an experienced individual to be of this ERP program focusing on providing project management coordination and administrative assistance for the team. The successful candidate will effectively coordinate assigned program activities. They work with internal and external stakeholders and vendors. They assist to monitor program tasks issues risks schedules constraints actions KPIs and assumptions. They provide support for the ERP Transformation & Implementation team including human resources time management purchasing and payroll activities. They provide confidential administrative services for the ERP Implementation & Transformation Program including such items as minutes report creation correspondence presentations scheduling meetings and appointments booking meeting rooms and arranging amenities required.
