Wonder Auto Centres Avonlea court is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting our technicians service team and reconditioning process. Wonder Auto Centres (part of Shift Auto Group) are a premier automotive retail repair shop dedicated to providing high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences. Our busy location is known for its customer-focused and value-driven approach.
As a Parts Advisor youll be the bridge between our technicians service department and inventory operationsensuring that the right parts are in the right place at the right time. Youll also be responsible for managing reconditioning videos and overseeing the flow of incoming and outgoing parts to ensure smooth operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Quote and supply parts for used vehicle reconditioning
Manage reconditioning video creation and communication
Respond to retail and wholesale parts inquiries
Create manage and close parts quotes and invoices
Handle incoming and outgoing parts orders and returns
Maintain accurate inventory and organize stock
Work with the Used Car Department on reconditioning quotes
Create technician work orders and assign jobs

This position offers an hourly wage of $20$22 based on experience with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (no evenings or weekends required)
