As a Product Manager in Chase Bank Omnichannel Getting Service and Customer Experience you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground you guide the successful launch of products gather crucial feedback and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability resiliency and stability you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns maintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the products key success metrics such as cost feature and functionality risk posture and reliability
  • Bring an entrepreneurial and self-starter attitude to develop and maintain six quarter roadmaps and strategies that are aligned to customer pain points business goals and market needs
  • Partner with Analytics Customer Experience and Employee Experience to provide thoughtful recommendations and understand/articulate potential benefits
  • Influence partners build consensus and work across various functional departments (e.g. agile products) through strong stakeholder management
  • Act as a thought leader presenting and discussing ideas with intent to persuade educate and enhance understanding across all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with engineering design marketing and analytics teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Act as a liaison between stakeholders to facilitate communication and alignment

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle design and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management
  • Customer-centric and is familiar or quickly becomes familiar with omnichannel pain points
  • An excellent partner who leads through strong collaboration
  • Data driven and analytical while also being a creative thinker
  • Constantly pushes boundaries of what could be to drive innovation
  • Always focuses on the big picture considering impacts outside their given initiatives
  • Focused on driving quantifiable business results
  • Vigorous and thorough in their management of details
  • Loves experimenting learning and taking calculated risks based on data

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed complex organization
  • Financial services and product delivery experience is a plus
  • Strong ability to deliver fast and easily navigate both complex and ambiguous environments
  • Proven ability to take initiative influence others and achieve results without direct supervision over resources
  • Develops strong partnerships; recognized as a team player
  • Strong analytical problem solving and planning skills with an excellent ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills for peer and executive audiences including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
