Location: Doha Qatar

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the calendar meetings and appointments of the GM
Prepare confidential correspondence reports and executive presentations
Handle calls emails and communications on behalf of top management
Attend meetings and take accurate minutes
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional conduct
Perform day-to-day administrative and clerical support for executive operations
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Secretary
Must be presentable professional and well-groomed
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
Previous experience in a corporate or executive-level office is essential
Transferable visa with NOC is mandatory
Currently based in Qatar and available to join immediately
