Job Description
Infiligence is hiring a skilled AWS Bedrock Developer to deliver cutting-edge generative AI solutions for our enterprise clients in the telecom sector. As a leader in technology consulting Infiligence empowers organizations to optimize their business operations using advanced cloud AI technologies. You will join a collaborative team renowned for technical excellence innovative solutions and a steadfast commitment to client success.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy generative AI-powered applications using AWS Bedrock (Claude Titan etc.) tailored to telecom use cases such as customer support network diagnostics and predictive maintenance.

Integrate Bedrock models with telecom APIs OSS/BSS systems and real-time data streams.

Develop scalable secure and compliant cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services (Lambda S3 DynamoDB SageMaker etc.).

Collaborate with product managers and telecom architects to define AI-driven workflows and automation strategies.

Optimize prompt engineering and model orchestration for performance and cost-efficiency.

Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or AWS CDK for repeatable deployments.

Ensure compliance with telecom regulations (GDPR CPNI) and internal security standards.
Telecom-Specific Use Cases:

AI-powered virtual agents for Tier 1 support and provisioning.

Intelligent fault prediction and resolution for network operations.
-
Automated contract analysis and SLA enforcement.

GenAI-enhanced customer journey mapping and personalization.
Required Qualifications
-
3 years of AWS development experience including hands-on work with Bedrock and GenAI tools.

Strong programming skills in Java.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

Demonstrated ability to design develop and deploy scalable applications in a cloud environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience building AI-powered solutions for telecom enterprise environments.

Familiarity with OSS/BSS system integration and telecom data workflows.

Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform AWS CDK).

Understanding of regulatory requirements in telecom (e.g. GDPR CPNI).

AWS certifications in AI/Machine Learning or related fields.
