Job Description
Role: SAP EWM Consultant
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Location & work model: Winnipeg MB - Hybrid / full-time (40 hours/week) 50-70% travel to Winnipeg. Candidate can be from any location in Canada but travelling to the client site is one of the key requirements. Please note that number of days on site is undetermined so candidate needs to be bit flexible.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years and ideally 8 years of relevant experience including executing at least two full lifecycle implementations of SAPs Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) experience configuring warehouse structures (Storage Types Storage Sections Activity Areas etc.) process and layout-oriented storage control warehouse order creation rules and picking/putaway strategies
- Familiarity integrating SAP EWM with SAPs TM PP MM and SD modules
- Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements that can be understood by a technical process team.
- Experience leading teams on SAP projects preferably on SAP S/4 projects
- Strong written and verbal client-facing communication and presentation skills; should be comfortable interacting with clients daily
- The ability to effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
- Experience contributing to proposals and orals presentations
- An interest in staying abreast of SAP EWM trends
- A forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on an adapts quickly to new challenges
- A strong work ethic an ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease and a high degree of professionalism to tackle evolving challenging and diverse client needs
- Experience with TM (Transportation Management) is an asset.
- Experience delivering SAP EWM solutions for Power & Utilities Oil Gas and/or Energy clients is a bonus.
