Job Description
Set up and operate brazing equipment including torches and furnaces. Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings or specifications. Select appropriate filler metals and fluxes based on materials and application. Align and clamp parts to be joined using fixtures or manual techniques. Monitor and control the heating process to ensure proper bonding. Inspect brazed joints for quality and strength using visual and/or testing tools. Perform minor maintenance on equipment and keep work area clean. Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain documentation related to work performed and quality checks.
1-3 years of brazing, welding, or metal fabrication experience preferred. Knowledge of brazing techniques (torch, induction, or furnace brazing). Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
