Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill Brazers with a Manufacturingcompany located in Phoenix AZ.

Job Title: Brazer
Pay Rate: $18-$25 per hour
Location: Phoenix Arizona
Schedule: Monday-Friday 1^st and 2^nd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Perform brazing operations to join metal components.

• Interpret and follow blueprints technical drawings and work instructions.

• Assemble components with specialized metals ensuring high quality and precision.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure brazing meets industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Brazer in a manufacturing or metalworking environment.

• Must pass a brazer test.

• Proficient in brazing techniques and processes.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.

• Strong communication skills and precise instruction-following ability.

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
