Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental monitoring of production cleanrooms including during aseptic processing and media fills using various sampling methods and equipment
- Perform utility sampling (e.g. WFI purified water compressed gases) and microbial plate enumeration
- Accurately enter data into tracking systems and promptly report unexpected results or issues
- Ensure compliance with ICH GMP and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean organized and safe laboratory environment
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Microbiology Biology or a related scientific field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
- Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic technique and environmental monitoring procedures
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom operations and aseptic processing
- Familiarity with various environmental monitoring techniques and equipment
- Experience with data management and reporting systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage train and lead a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of ICH GMP and other relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g. FDA EMA)
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports
- Experience with utility sampling (e.g. WFI purified water compressed gases) is highly desirable
- Prior leadership experience in a similar role is preferred

Additional Details:
The position is full-time first shift Monday-Friday from 8 am-4:30pm. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes requiring shift changes and/or weekend work and overtime may be required as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of West Chestr PAare encouraged to apply.
