Job Description
- Manage daily cash flows ensuring optimal utilization of funds and liquidity.
- Monitor daily AR performance ensuring timely cash application and collections.
- Set and control monthly AR targets to align with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage AP payment plans to maintain efficient cash outflows.
- Oversee VAT1 VAT2 and WHT return controls ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Review and ensure accuracy of journal entries including tax and adjustment entries.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process ensuring timely and accurate submission of requirements.
- Provide strategic financial insights and manage ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Oversee special financial projects and initiatives to support business growth.
- Manage relationships with external accounting service providers addressing operational issues effectively.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting
- At least 5 years experience in Tax and Accounting
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle/SAP etc)
- Good MS-office Power BI skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
