Being approachable and welcoming to all members and guests;
Meet/greet members and guests providing exceptional customer service;
Monitor the members and guests profiles and anticipate to the membership renewal and registration; and
Ensuring guests needs or feedback are handled sensitively or escalated where required.
Qualifications :
Passion for fitness and sports;
Service focused personality is essential dynamic and high level of attention to detail;
Ability to communicate clearly actively listen to others and respond with respect;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English; able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus; and
Previous experience in a fitness center environment is desirable.
