Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic Techno-Functional Business Analyst with a strong foundation in actuarial and financial domains combined with hands-on experience in analytics automation and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders driving data-driven solutions and process Responsibilities:Collaborate with actuarial finance and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable and automate analytical workflows using Python and related actuarial and financial modeling processes ensuring accuracy and WTW Unify and Power Platform tools to streamline business complex business needs into functional specifications and technical compliance with governance and audit requirements in financial Skills & Qualifications:5 years of experience in business analysis within actuarial or financial understanding of actuarial concepts financial reporting and in Python for data analysis and with WTW Unify and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI Power Automate).Excellent communication and stakeholder management to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional Skills:Experience with insurance or financial services of regulatory frameworks (e.g. IFRS 17 Solvency II).Exposure to analytics tools or scripting languages.
