Job Description

Create behavior support plans based on functions of behavior and data analysisUse a data management system Central Reach to manage data programs and other documentationUpdate and modify programs as needed in Central ReachProvide training and consultation to parentsProvide training and supervision to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapists/ Behavior TechniciansBCBA/LABA provides ongoing modeling training and support to staff on ABA programsProvides ongoing positive and corrective feedback to ABA TherapistsAttend school and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings if necessary to determine needs and address generalization and collaborate as neededOngoing development of data collection methods and ongoing data analysisConduct a wide variety of assessments Initial Assessment Progress reports agency wide clinic meetingsInform the parent/guardian of any change in programsOngoing review of program modifications and progress through CR graphic display of dataBenefits:Mileage ReimbursementHealth InsuranceDental Insurance11 Paid HolidaysPTOShort Term DisabilityRetirement plan (Simple IRA)CEU ReimbursementFlexible scheduleCompany laptop and cellphone are providedClinician support is provided by the Clinical DirectorProgram development and supervision support is providedHybrid model ability to work office hours from home and provide some telehealth servicesReferral bonus
