Job Description
Role: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: New Castle PA
Exempt

Your Impact:
- Lead facility maintenance and repairs
- Uphold schedules maintenance budget and plan equipment building and staffing needs
- Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained and oversee custodial team
- Manage HVAC plumbing electrical and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date
- Assist Maintenance and facility management team in working with contractors vendors address maintenance and emergency situations promptly
Your Strengths:
- You have demonstrated experience in maintenance and workload planning
- You are welcoming and inclusive of others value individual differences and love leading a winning team.
- You are excellent at building relationships working with others competence and have strong personal ethics.
- You excel at problem-solving compliance safety and efficiency
