What Youll Do:
- Be the face of the hotel! Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.
- Master the art of hospitality by providing top-notch service processing check-ins/outs making reservations and handling billing and special requests.
- Stay in the know about local attractions and hotel services offering guests personalized recommendations and insider tips to enhance their stay.
- Collaborate with the team! Youll work hand-in-hand with other departments to meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
- Be a problem-solver! Understand and follow our guest service recovery program ensuring any issues are handled quickly and effectively.
What Were Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED is required but the right attitude and a passion for guest service are just as important.
- Team player mentality ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
