Job Description
TITLE: Regional HR Director
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing
LOCATION: Northeast TX
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience
RELOCATION: Paid
- Will lead a team of 4 HR professionals to provide the full range of HR support to around 900 employees (and growing) located in four of the companys manufacturing plants/offices in Northeast TX and OK.
- Will work closely with plant leadership
- Hands-on as well as strategic role
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years of HR experience
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- 3 years of experience in a multi-unit multi-state environment
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Creative/innovative mindset
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Able to travel up to 25% within Northeast TX and parts of OK
- Bachelors degree
