The impactyoull make
As ourBars Assistant Manageryoull assist in leading the teams across our two busy Hotel bars. Additionally working collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure consistency and compliance with brand standards.
Whatyoull do
- Lead and supervise shifts to ensure a seamless approach
- Liaise with event organisers to ensure all expectations are delivered and exceeded
- Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage items that are offeredand ensure the team carry the same knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policiesstandards and procedures
- Inspect storage areas for cleanlinessorganization and FIFO
- Complete stock inventories on a regular basis and order stock asrequired
- Support with training and developing the team
- Establish andmaintain open collaborative relationships with the other hotel teams and be flexible to supporting in all areas of the hotel ifrequired
- Identifydevelop and introduce ways to upsell and increase revenue within the department
- Support with developing seasonalpromotionsto driveadditional sales
