Job Description

The International Stores Finance organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced exciting and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support our FP&A team in Seattle Washington.

This exciting role requires great attention to detail great organizational skills the ability to meet tight deadlines and to juggle multiple competing priorities and requests across internal and external stakeholders. A high level of integrity complete discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the department is important. The ability to be flexible and to change direction at a moments notice is critical. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office.


Key job responsibilities
You will be able to anticipate needs highly organized extremely detail oriented self-motivated as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations across the globe
Manage domestic and international travel
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Organize execute and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas all-hands meetings off-sites and team social events)
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Work closely with the leadership team recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Have fun at work and help others do the same

- 5 years of executive assistant experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
