As a Principal Property Specialist within Raytheon Property Operations Records Management Team you will contribute to a fast-paced team and work closely with Property and Logistics functional management and other functions that support the Raytheon property system. The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with the ability to effectively collaborate with these functions to develop and implement organizational goals influence system solutions facilitate forward thinking initiatives to include streamlining and integrating processes and incorporate best-in-class reliable solutions for customer and enterprise requirements supporting the management of identified property records (Special Tooling Special Test Equipment and Equipment).

What You Will Do

  • This position requires supporting property records management activities in a complex environment responsible for managing government customer and company property records.
  • The candidate will support and actively participate in a culture of improvement and efficiency into the property records organization driving innovative solutions and affordability.
  • You must be able to display effective communication and strong professional behaviors.
  • The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with customers (both internal and external) to shape proactive relationships that will allow property to comply with all regulations enhance data integrity and records accuracy company policies and audit protocols.
  • This position will require daily interaction with other teams programs and functions to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum three (3) years experience.
  • Experience working in Logistics Operations Contracts Programs Property or Supply Chain functions.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in government property and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance areas including interpreting and implementing FAR and DFAR contract property requirements
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written are required to effectively collaborate with Engineering Logistics Manufacturing Operations Programs Property Supply Chain and Customers
  • Working knowledge of SAP and asset ERP systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Teams Word) including use of macros and formulas
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
  • Adapt quickly to changing situations and urgent requests to ensure that business needs are met
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships based on mutual respect with peers customers and team members
  • Self-Starter who requires minimal supervision as well as the ability to manage priorities
  • Ability to identify issues and drive process improvements throughout the organization.
  • Previous DoD experience
  • National Property Management Association CPPS certification or ability to obtain within 1 year

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
