Job Description
Overview
In this role the Pre Training Assessment Officer will be responsible for booking managing and completion of PTAs for the SEE program.
The role
- Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements
- Record and maintain accurate client information
- Ensure assessments are conducted as per the Training and Assessment requirements
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments
About you
- Be adrivensupportiveand community minded personworkingwith disadvantaged learnersand non-Englishspeakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
- Havethe capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment at any given time
- Strong knowledge of the VET sector and the National Standards for RTOs (2015)
- Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
- Ideally TAE40116 or TAE40110 with upgrades or higher adult education qualification
