About the role
This role requires strong leadership technical expertise and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients contractors and internal teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop detailed project plans including timelines and resource allocation.
Oversee the installation maintenance and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Ensure compliance with project specifications safety standards and local regulations.
Team Coordination:
Lead and manage project teams including engineers technicians and subcontractors.
Assign tasks monitor progress and provide technical guidance as needed.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing concerns and providing updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts schedules and reports.
Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering HVAC Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems equipment and installation processes.
Familiarity with relevant codes standards and regulations (e.g. ASHRAE ISHRAE).
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
