Job Description


The Cowichan Valley School District is seeking a temporary 1.0 FTE Speech and Language Pathologist effective September 1 2025 - June 30 2026.

This position requires an associated professional with a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology; full member in good standing with a current certificate of registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC and current membership or eligibility for membership in BC Association of Speech Language Pathologists & Audiologists (BCASLPA) or Canadian Association of Speech Language Pathologists & Audiologists (CASLPA); related work experience preferably in an education setting; demonstrated ability to administer interpret standardized assessment tools and deliver individual and group therapy interventions based upon assessment findings IEP goals; excellent communication interpersonal collaboration skills.
