What Youll Be Doing

In this role you will oversee catering operations at ourSydney venue(s). Your duties will include:

  • Leadingbanquet-stylecateringforevents.
  • Gettingcreativeinplanninganddesigningmenusforclients.
  • Managingday-to-daykitchenoperationsandcompliance.
  • Mentoringanddevelopingkitchenstaff.
  • Working closely with venue and catering teams to deliver a seamless experience.

To succeed in this role you should have extensive experience in corporate catering / commercial cooking. You should be innovative detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key requirements include:

  • Havehigh-levelmenudevelopmentcostsandfoodproductionskills.
  • Possessoutstandingorganisationalandpeoplemanagementskills.
  • UpholdWorkHealth&SafetyandFoodSafetyprotocols
