What Youll Be Doing

In this role you will oversee catering operations at ourSydneyvenue(s). Your duties will include:

  • Looking after banquet-style catering for events.
  • Getting creative in planning and designing menus for clients.
  • Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations and compliance.
  • Mentoring and developing kitchen staff.
  • Working closely with venue and catering teams to deliver a seamless experience.

What Were Looking For

To succeed in this role you should have extensive experience in corporate catering / commercial cooking. You should be innovative detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key requirements include:

  • Have high-level menu development costs and food production skills.
  • Possess outstanding organisational and people management skills.
  • Uphold Work Health & Safety and Food Safety protocols
  • Have a dynamic personality.
