QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Be proficient in Windows Microsoft Word Excel Power Point Access Outlook 365 CFLMS and other technology applications including graphics charts tables spreadsheets and word processing; experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred.
- Possess superior organizational skills ability to multi- task work under pressure and work collaboratively.
- Possess bookkeeping expertise and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant telephone personality.
- Competent on CFISD proficiency test( score of 85 or above and a minimum of 50 wpm typing skills).

Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in the preparation of conferences workshops district level meetings staff development trainings events etc.
- Process purchase orders secure quotes for bids maintain ledger sheets (using Excel/Google Sheets)
- Assist with set up and processing of all trainings through CFPGS and Infoserv.
- Serve as a liaison between coordinators parents teachers vendors etc. Manage a high volume of associated phone calls.
- Order supplies using the computerized distribution requisition form.
- Set up and maintain all budgets; process time sheets mileage forms and submit monthly reports with backup.
- Work with coordinators to prepare and manage special projects/events for all content areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Coordinators for Elementary Curriculum Library and Music/PE/Off-Campus.
