As we continue our growth were seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Director to elevate our brand and marketing initiatives.Position Overview
The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of our overall marketing strategy. This role will drive brand management digital engagement content development proposal creation and internal/external communications. You will collaborate with executive leadership business development and project teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation that positions us competitively in the construction marketplace.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Define brand positioning and messaging that differentiate us in the industry.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify marketing priorities and growth opportunities.
- Oversee the website social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
- Lead content strategy including project features case studies press releases and video content.
- Leverage analytics SEO and performance metrics to enhance visibility and lead generation.
- Lead the creation of customized proposals qualifications packages and presentations.
- Partner with project teams to align messaging with client and market needs.
- Manage the development of marketing materials (graphic design photography videography).
- Establish and maintain creative standards and workflows for the marketing department.
- Coordinate corporate events client appreciation initiatives and community outreach.
- Cultivate media relationships and secure coverage speaking engagements and press opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- 5 years of marketing experience with 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Background in construction architecture engineering or commercial real estate preferred.
- Expertise in B2B marketing branding and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership communication and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite CRM tools CMS platforms (e.g. Wix) and digital marketing technologies.
