Groundskeeper

Do you know how to mow a lawn fix plumbing and electrical issues and perform small carpentry tasks Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community

What youll do:

• Maintain landscaping and groundskeeping of a 14 acre RV park
• Maintain and repair common areas such as laundry room bathrooms office etc. This includes carpentry building maintenance drywall tape and texture and paint
• Walk property daily picking up trash and debris
• Assess and repair minor electrical and plumbing issues in the park
• Use maintenance tools including pressure washer drills saws landscaping equipment etc.

• Observant conscientious respectful
• Current Driver License and Clean Driving Record
• Mechanically inclined
• Self-starter
• Organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks
• Ability to manage a daily work log
• Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to live onsite at our RV Park (Must have your own RV or be willing to live in our RV)
• Knowledge of carpentry plumbing and electrical systems
• Experienced in landscaping maintenance including irrigation tree/shrub trimming and plant care
• Valid Drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
