Job Description

Sales Coordinator

THE ROLE

The Sales Coordinatorworks closely with and supports the sales process in meeting annual sales goalsby assisting the sales team with their customer requirements for products andservices prior to creation of the order package.

This role requires regular communication withboth internal and external customers regarding order/project product andservice requirements; ensuring the orders are in line with company guidelinesand maintain integrity and brand image.

The successful candidate will be responsiblefor Sales Support & Administration Quotation Management Order Preparationand Customer Relationship Management.

YOUBRING THE FOLLOWING


Youare focused on the customer and have an attitude that shows a strong commitmentto customer satisfaction. Yourexperience in project coordination customer service or a technicaladministrative role supporting interior design or a sales team has alreadycreated a solid foundation for this you will have worked in a furniture dealership and understandthe industry. Being LEED certified orworking towards it is considered an asset. Strong administrative andorganizational skills are essential to the success of this role.

Theseare complex sales where youll manage competing priorities multiple internaland external stakeholders and varying deliverables. Your experience in asimilarly complex sales environment will be crucial for your success here. Thenumber of projects youll have on the go at any given time will vary dependingon their size and scope.
