Lifestyle Enrichment Supervisor Assisted Living
Hiring Immediately Full-time M-F 8:30am to 5pm

Primary Purpose: Responsible for the development and oversight of resident activities and other services. This includes planning and coordinating of opportunities for residents and other projects that support the whole-person whole-community and promotes a level of health well-being engagement and growth while fostering and supporting a culture of service to our residents.
Qualifications/Skills Needed: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred. 3 years experience providing administrative support and/or coordinating activities in senior living or similar environment. Background check and drug screen.
Primary Duties (Essential Functions):
Activities Duties
Maintain the high standard of resident relations and culture of service to our residents in all areas of responsibility relevant to this position.
Plans schedules and conducts lifestyle programs that provide physical intellectual social emotional and spiritual opportunities for the residents.
Prepares and organizes weekly and monthly event calendars. Submits the calendar to the Operations Manager for final approval; distributes calendar physically and electronically.
Coordinates the ongoing implementation of wellness programs by working closely with the Meadow and Miralea Lifestyle Supervisors.
Attends additional training/licensure workshops for professional development. Communicates and develops programs in conjunction with various MHKY staff for campus-wide residents.
Accompanies residents on community outings during business hours evenings and weekends.
Coordinates transportation for community outings via company vehicle(s) including 12-passenger vans.
Addresses resident groups and other groups on subjects of common interest.
Develops and implements additional resources for services to the residents.
Initiates correspondence including public relations communications with outside organizations service groups and volunteers.
Meets routinely with Operations Manager to review operational issues set goals and provide updates on individual resident participation. Maintains a database and prepares reports on resident participation and satisfaction.
Attends all community-planned functions and coordinates events from beginning to end including setup running and breaking down for the event.
Coordinates tasks and oversees staff committees for holiday and special events (Fall Festival Holiday/New Years Party Health Fair Active Aging Week etc.)
Plans appropriate programs and decorations for holidays and special events. Maintains and stocks media room and coordinates schedule for resident use of common space at Village.
Purchases and maintains equipment and supplies in accordance with budgetary guidelines.
Administrative Duties:
Assist the team by fielding incoming calls to Village office phones answer questions or forward to appropriate staff (Operations or Marketing).
Greet walk-in visitors and engage with them to determine appropriate hand off (Marketing or Village Operations) In keeping with our culture of service to residents and visitors act as concierge for walk-ins calling residents and family members.
Enter Work Order issues into our maintenance application.
Arrange and manage resident activity notices; maintain calendar and send to residents.
Send out notification flyers building related memos etc. for on-campus mail to deliver.
Assist residents with transportation scheduling.
Manages Lifestyle Operating Budget. Meets with Operations Manager routinely to review.
Assist residents with Uniguest set up and maintenance.
