Job Focus: Under limited direction performs a variety of cleaning work in offices classrooms restrooms and multipurpose rooms; assists with colleges preventive maintenance program; maintains and beatifies grounds; ensures the delivery of quality maintenance and janitorial services. Responds to emergency janitorial and maintenance requests. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School graduate
- One (1) year experience performing janitorial and maintenance services
- Proficient in computer applications
- Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent customer relations
- Demonstrated ability to follow various processes and procedures
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Valid drivers license
Working Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:30AM-1:30PM with an (1) hour lunch.
