Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Associate to join our team! As a Senior Accounts Payable Associate you will play a vital role in the companys financial operations ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices payments and vendor communications. This role requires a high level of attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. You will leverage your experience with tools like NetSuite and Salesforce to manage complex processes reconcile accounts and support the team in meeting its operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Manage 1099 reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate data entry records
• Use Excel functions such as V-Lookups and Pivot Tables to analyze and organize data.

Qualifications:

• 5 7 years of accounts payable experience with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
