This role focuses on developing strong relationships with agency partners driving productivity ensuring consistent sales performance and implementing programs to grow channel engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Channel Development & Expansion: Identify onboard and support new agency business partners to increase channel footprint.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners to ensure engagement and long-term collaboration.
Sales Enablement: Equip agency partners with necessary tools product knowledge and training to improve productivity and compliance.
Performance Monitoring: Track analyze and report on partner performance against KPIs and sales targets.
Campaign Implementation: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to roll out targeted campaigns and sales initiatives through agency channels.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve partner concerns or operational bottlenecks swiftly and effectively.
Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitor strategies market dynamics and partner needs to enhance channel strategies.
Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure partners adhere to regulatory branding and operational guidelines.
