Job Description
Job Title: Network Engineer III
Location: Charlotte NC (On site 1-2 days remote after completing all training)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer III to join our clients team based in Charlotte. This is an exciting hands-on role working with advanced network technologies supporting critical provisioning and operational tasks. Youll interact directly with live equipment configure networks and troubleshoot complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks using Method of Procedure (MOPs) for complex provisioning on live network gear (including tasks that may cause temporary service outages).
- Perform circuit grooming card swaps and software updates.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime.
- Work with enterprise-grade equipment such as:
- Juniper MX960
- Cisco ASR9000
- Cisco ME3400
Qualifications:

- Experience working for an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or network carrier
- Minimum certification: CCNA or JNCIA
