About the Position Position/Specialty: MRI Tech Shift: 5x8s Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Lunch is from 1230p-130p daily. Daily Caseload per tech: 9 Is on-call REQ No Weekend REQ: No Will this traveler float between service lines (Y/N): No Floating Req to Sister Facilities (Y/N): No Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 First Time Travelers Accepted (Y/N): Y Certification/Licenses REQ: BLS ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT Equipment Experience REQ: Yes GE Radiation Badge Required (Y/N): No Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule: Approval can be requested prior to assignment but not guaranteed. Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: Locals accepted at 10% less the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs. Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Imaging Center Total Staffed Beds: Scrub Color: Teal and Black Charting preferred: Epic Parking Cost: None Hurricane Season** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
