We partner with big companies from fast moving sectors accelerating and standardizing their decision making through our own NLP algorithms and dynamic dashboards that gather and filter the information they require.

Our goal is to reduce the time of search and analysis of information allowing our customers to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the decisions they make.

You would be joining a young team and working on fun and interesting projects from day one having a real impact in the project and pushing the current limits of AI natural language processing and analytics.

Your Mission

We are seeking a Junior Technical Solutions Engineer with a strong foundation in Full Stack development and data management and a strong desire to grow into leadership roles.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional looking to expand their skills and make a significant impact on innovative AI projects.

You will work closely with a Senior Tech Lead who will guide and support your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

• Learn to guide and train the development team in implementing innovative solutions in NLP and LLM.
• Ensure the adoption of best practices and quality standards in code and system architecture.
• Collaborate with the senior tech lead to define best practices.

2. Project Management:

• Coordinate with project teams using JIRA to ensure timely and effective delivery of functionalities.
• Oversee the use of Bitbucket for version control and code collaboration.

3. Infrastructure and Deployment:

• Oversee infrastructure implementation through Terraform and ensure continuous integration and delivery.
• Coordinate the implementation of serverless solutions with for the backend.

4. Development and Design:

• Ensure the cohesion and effectiveness of web development using React and Ant Design for the user interface.
• Facilitate collaboration between frontend and backend teams for seamless integrations.

5. Data Handling and Modeling:

• Oversee data processing and fine-tuning of LLM models using Python.
• Ensure efficiency and scalability in data manipulation and analysis processes.

It would be a fit if you have:

• Demonstrable experience in Full Stack development (React Ant Design).
• Experience in data management and model development with Python.
• Desire to develop management skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems and facilitate technical innovation.

It woud be nice if you have:

• Experience in the use of container orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes).
• Intermediate in Agile methodologiesAs well as living and breathing all things tech youll be a good fit if you are:
