Job Description
Role: Director Integration Platform
Structure: Full time permanent
Rates: Up to $180k annually

We currently have an opportunity to support one of our Insurance clients in a full time capacity!
--
Must Have skills:
- 10 years of experience in integration software or platform engineering roles.
- 4 years of proven people leadership including performance management and team development.
- Experience managing technical roadmaps backlog prioritization and delivery tracking.
- Strong hands-on background with modern integration patterns and platforms (e.g. APIs Kafka microservices cloud-native integration).
- Demonstrated experience with release management and leading technical delivery teams.
- Experience with financial planning and tracking for technical teams or platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP Anthos or AWS EKS.
- Experience in Gen AI integration and data streaming.
- Experience working in regulated environments (insurance financial services etc.).
