Intune Engineer

Required Education/Experience Level:
Associates Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and work experience desirable

Preferred Certifications:
Mobility Platform Certifications (Microsoft Intune Microsoft Entra/Azure AD)

Required Experience Knowledge & Skills:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management IT Customer Support IT Service Delivery IT Business Analysis or other IT related fields
Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) tools such as and Microsoft Intune
Is knowledgeable with Windows domain and Autopilot devices
Strong customer and team orientation with a focus on collaboration an ability to work independently and a high level of professionalism and quality
Willingness to grow and learn with a new IT team in a cutting-edge technology discipline
Strong organizational and customer service skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; with the ability to effectively relate and communicate at all levels including explaining technical matters in business terms
Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet implementation schedules and minimize schedule conflicts

Preferred Experience Knowledge & Skills:
Experience working in state government

The Intune Engineer will work with the Clients Enterprise Management/Intune team. They will help manage and support the deployment of over 20000 Clients Intune/AutoPilot devices. Support includes strong technical writing project management and expensive experience with many related platforms and skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Extensive experience as an Intune Sys Administrator:
Building deployment profiles for Windows devices
Creating Intune Configurations
Intune Endpoint Security
Creating Entra ID Cloud Groups (Dynamic and Direct Memberships)
Managing large fleet of devices (20K)

Extensive experience with related platforms and skills:
Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Entra/Azure ID
CoreView
Active Directory
ServiceNow
CA Unicenter
Strong background in writing technical documentation
Project Management

Additional duties:
Will be expected to work in partnership with other teams to deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner
Will be expected to work with multiple agencies on small medium and large-scale projects and unique use-cases
