Demonstrated experience with customer service practices.
Demonstrated experience with operational and safety procedures associated with a public-facing frontline position.
Fluency in English.
Knowledge of federal and agency policies for providing information to the public.
Demonstrated experience with custom software applications.
Familiarity with the existing agency website and software systems.
Staff the HQ front desk which provides customer service and public interface to visiting public and partners as well as hosted employees.
Ensure public visitors to the headquarters receive accurate information in accordance with all applicable policies.
Support safety functions by maintaining security equipment protection and daily operations in accordance with established policies and standards.
Ensure data collection analysis and upward reporting is accurate.
Provide assistance with file management systems and other office services in accordance with Federal records policies.
