Job Description
K5 Mathmatics Instructional Coach
2025 - 2026 School Year
MacAfee Road School
Qualifications:
Valid New Jersey teaching certification required
Minimum offive years of successful classroom teaching experience preferably including mathematics
Masters degree in education or a related field preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of current research and evidence-based best practices in mathematics instruction
Expertise in designing and delivering effective professional learning for educators
Strong understanding of curriculum development data-driven instruction and math content across grade levels
Proven ability to model high-quality mathematics instruction and provide constructive feedback to teachers
Skilled in facilitating collaborative teams includingGrade Level Meetings
Proficient in the use of instructional technology to enhance teaching and learning in mathematics
Ability to analyze student performance data and support teachers in developing targeted instructional strategies
- Committed to building strong trusting relationships with administratorsteachers students and families to drive academic achievement
