Job Description
Position Overview:
We re seeking a skilled PL/SQL Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Azure environments to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise-level database solutions. This role requires a hands-on developer who can write and optimize complex PL/SQL code while collaborating closely with other teams to ensure system efficiency data integrity and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop test and debug PL/SQL code including stored procedures functions packages and triggers
Optimize SQL queries and database performance for scalability and efficiency
Participate in data modeling and contribute to the design of efficient database structures
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues data inconsistencies and application-level errors
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers DBAs and business stakeholders
Ensure security best practices are followed to protect data and database access
Maintain thorough documentation of code and processes adhering to development standards
Stay informed on updates in PL/SQL and Oracle technologies
Support data migration projects ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Generate database reports and perform data analysis to support business intelligence efforts
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
7 years of hands-on experience in PL/SQL development
Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based database development
Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture performance tuning and security
Proven ability to write efficient scalable PL/SQL code and optimize queries
Experience with data modeling and working in collaborative Agile environments
Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies
4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 preferred) 8+ years total IT experience Strong experience with CRM configuration, customization, Web API, and JavaScript (OData/REST) Deep understanding of CRM entities, workflows, plugins, and business rules Familiarity with Outlook/SharePoint integrations, O365 administration, and Active Directory synchronization Experience integrating CRM with external systems using REST/SOAP web services and messaging platforms (e.g., NServiceBus) Strong .NET background, including WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server Proficient in deployment processes and environment management Previous experience working on at least two full lifecycle CRM implementations Knowledge of Agile development and working within cross-functional teams Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
