What you will be doing:
- Join the Business Practice Group as an associate attorney with a minimum of 4 years experience.
- Demonstrate motivation a sense of humor and a willingness to take on a leadership role.
- Engage in teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
- Participate in the robust exchange of views and intellectual openness.
- Support diverse business client needs while building a practice in areas of personal interest.
- Provide legal assistance in transactional law including general corporate representation mergers and acquisitions real estate commercial lending and municipal representation.
Experience you will need:
- License to practice in New Hampshire
- Minimum of 4 years experience in legal practice.
- Broad experience in transactional law.
- Experience in general corporate representation mergers and acquisitions real estate commercial lending and municipal representation.
