Position Overview:
Were looking for a dedicated and passionate attorney with at least one year of experience in plaintiffs personal injury law. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their legal career in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
- Manage a caseload from intake through resolution
- Handle depositions court appearances and motion practice
- Draft pleadings discovery responses and legal motions
- Maintain communication with clients experts and opposing counsel
- Work closely with firm leadership and legal support teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in plaintiffs personal injury
- Licensed to practice in New York State
- Strong negotiation writing and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
