Admin and Marketing Specialist
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - PART TIME
Working Hours : 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling options.
VA RATE : $6-7AUD per hour
Client : Youll be supporting a professional consulting firm dedicated to providing strategic solutions to businesses. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin and Marketing Specialist to support our team in client follow-ups document management and marketing
initiatives.
This part-time role (20 hours per week) is perfect for someone detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong background in administration client coordination and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Client Coordination
Follow up with clients to collect required documents and ensure timely submission of necessary information.
Maintain and update client records in Zoho One or other CRM platforms ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
Assist in organizing and tracking deadlines for client deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Marketing & Lead Management
Support lead generation efforts by maintaining engagement with potential clients.
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns email outreach and social media updates.
Monitor and report on marketing activities and lead conversions.
Help create and distribute marketing materials to enhance brand visibility.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2 years minimum experience as a Virtual assistant doing administration client follow-ups or marketing support.
Advantage if had former experience supporting client from similar industry (Consulting) but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Zoho One or similar CRM platforms.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and software.
A proactive results-driven mindset.
