Were seeking a Senior Team Leader who will be responsible for leading a team of outbound sales agents focused on generating leads closing deals and consistently achieving revenue targets. The role will involve driving performance through strong coaching strategic oversight and real-time campaign management. A strong leader who will serve as a key player in implementing outbound sales strategies optimizing team effectiveness and ensuring compliance with client expectations.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ASSOCIATE MANAGER
Your responsibilities would be:
Manage and motivate an outbound sales team (10 25 agents) to meet daily weekly and monthly sales quotas
Oversee operations and performance
Track and analyze KPIs such as contact rate conversion rate and revenue per agent
Conduct regular call monitoring sales coaching and performance reviews to enhance selling techniques and productivity
Support agents in handling objections closing sales and refining sales pitches in line with client requirements
Collaborate with Operations Managers and the Trainer to ensure consistent onboarding upskilling and compliance adherence
Prepare performance reports and provide insights to leadership and clients on campaign trends and opportunities
Address escalations and ensure prompt resolution of customer or sales-related concerns
Drive a results-driven culture while promoting engagement accountability and professional growth
Stay updated on product changes client expectations and sales best practices to maximize effectiveness
Other duties to be assigned by the Senior Manager
Qualifications:
At least 2 4 years of leadership experience in an outbound sales campaign within a BPO environment
Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and exceed revenue goals
Strong command of outbound sales techniques
Proficiency with sales tools and platforms
Excellent coaching communication and team development skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to act on data insights quickly
Familiarity with compliance regulations and customer engagement standards for outbound campaigns
Bachelor s degree preferred but relevant experience will be considered
Willingness to work on night shift (US Time zone) and Philippine holidays
