* Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets in freight forwarding services (ocean air road customs brokerage etc.).
* Drive new business development through proactive outreach networking and leveraging an existing client base.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in freight forwarding sales.
* Demonstrated ability to bring an existing portfolio of clients/accounts.
* Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of international trade customs regulations and various freight forwarding modes (sea air)
* Exceptional negotiation communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred
