What You ll Do
Be the frontline IT support for hardware software and network issues
Deploy and troubleshoot Windows OS macOS Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications
Manage Active Directory user accounts and access controls
Support mobile devices printers and AV systems in meeting rooms
Document fixes and contribute to our global knowledge base
What You Need
2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk
Fluent in Czech and English (spoken and written) mandatory
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 and basic networking
Experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools
Good troubleshooting and communication skills
Certifications (A Microsoft ITIL) are a plus
